Forex trading explained (FOREX = Foreign Exchange) :

• As mentioned by a reader (FX Max) in a testimonial, the good thing about this book is the writer does not make any promises and explains the FX market realistically.
• Another reader (William from Tulsa, OK) says, " Bird Watching in Lion Country really changed the way I approach the Forex marketplace. Dirk du Toit does a great job of explaining what the Forex market is all about, why it can be difficult for the retail trader to get ahead. "
  
• Yet another reader tells, "It has kept me from trading against the trend many many times. I have had almost no losses."

My observations about the Forex trading explained (Bird Watching in Lion Country) :

• This e-book could soon be considered as "Bible" of Forex trading.
• This book does not provide a turnkey system, which would generate money. However, the book helps one understand the fundamentals of Forex market, analysis techniques, trends, trading methods and useful ways to leverage the market. One can make one's own system after going through the book to understand the basics of Forex trading.
• It makes one knowledgeable about the basics of the Forex market, instead of trying to TELL you what site to use for trading and to follow the advice on that site only.
• The e-book helps develop Forex-trading-intelligence so that one can apply it anywhere & benefit from the skills learnt. The ebook provides the right perspective to look at the Forex market. It suggests multiple times, that if a trader knows about what mistakes to avoid, then one is an excellent position to be a successful trader.
• It states however, that there are only around 10% of all traders who are successful, as few people know the nuances of Forex trading. It emphasizes the importance of broad understanding of the Forex markets & simplicity of one's system of trading. "You can't skip the basics".
• The Bird Watching in Lion Country e-book is written for both novices & experienced Forex traders. It talks logic, not an ecstatic speech.
• It states that initial implementation of the trading strategies should be done mechanically , rather than adopting early automation. There's a special 4 x 1 median trading strategy mentioned in the ebook.
  
• One can subscribe to the newsletter for free on the website for forex trading news, reviews and ideas.
• Another useful excerpt worth quoting - "This book helps you to think and trade like the market movers, the big banks, the institutions that affect price.
